We use GORE-TEX membranes in many of our waterproof shoes to keep water sealed out and your feet dry. As with all of adidas' shoes, our waterproof options offer comfortable midsoles that give back energy with every stride and durable outsoles that can keep up with concrete roads and rocky terrain. Breathable uppers are the cherry on top that ensures comfort and flexibility, rain, wind, or shine.

Are waterproof shoes slip-resistant?

Waterproof shoes are not necessarily slip-resistant unless they also have specialist inter-locking tread patterns.

Can you wash waterproof shoes?

You can, but this should be done by hand and never in the washing machine. Follow the specific manufacturer's instructions that come with the shoes, as some waterproofing methods do not mix well with cleaning chemicals.

Are waterproof running shoes worth it?

If you're likely to be running in rainy or wet conditions then waterproof running shoes can lead to a more comfortable experience. As well as keeping your feet dry, they can reduce the risk of blisters and bacterial infections.
